For hosts in Rome

What your guests see

The same pages we use for our own apartments. Not a stripped-down version: the same ones.

A code on the wall

Your guest scans it and finds the city, not a catalogue: what's on tonight nearby, the places you recommend with your own reason beside them, where to eat on the terms you agreed. Services come after, once the page has already proved useful.

The house guide

How to get here from the airport or the station with the right option and the real cost, where to park, how to move around town. These are the questions you always get — always the same ones, always at the same hour.

The pre-arrival form

You send it, they answer: how they are arriving, at what time, how much luggage, what they care to see. From then on the page in the apartment stops giving generic tips and starts giving theirs.

Nine languages, no app

Italian, English, German, Spanish, Russian, French, Polish, Chinese, Portuguese. It opens in the phone's browser: nothing to install, no sign-up, no password to explain at check-in.

Under your property's name

Your guests see your property, not us. Holiway stays underneath, where it belongs — on a service request and on the receipt.

Whoever answers has put a face to it

Every supplier joins with a verified profile: a photo of the person, and for drivers one of the vehicle too. For the delicate roles — the babysitter above all — we require a real presentation: who they are, what experience they have, why to trust them. Your guest sees who is coming before they arrive. And a role we have no adequate people for stays switched off, instead of being promised.

What you can ask for

Six categories, one way to ask. If what you need isn't listed, write it anyway: we'll look all the same.

Let's talk

We are at the beginning and we are looking for the first hosts in Rome. Write to us: we will tell you what already works and what is still missing, without selling you anything.
