The same engine that sets our own homes' prices every day: it reads the Rome market and proposes the right price, date by date — the last word stays yours. It is the one thing in the offer that is not free, and we say so plainly; for affiliates it comes at reserved terms. And the data commitment holds here too: the engine works FOR you on your numbers — it never uses them for us.
